RECON Offers Nationwide Maintenance Contracts and Service to maintain your departments bikes in mission ready condition. Maintenance is done at your facility to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

RECON Nationwide Mobile Service

Level 1 Service

  • Brake adjustments on front and rear.
  • Derailleur adjustments on front and rear.
  • Headset adjustment.
  • Basic wash/wipe down of bike frame.
  • Lube drivetrain.
  • Torque check bolts

Level 2 Service

  • Brake bleed for hydraulic systems, or brake cable replacement for mechanical systems (cables not included in service cost).
  • If 20% of brake pads are remaining, they will be replaced (brake pads are not included in cost).
  • Drivetrain cleaned, degreased, and lubricated. If the drivetrain is worn out, a new chainring, chain, and cassette will be recommended by technician (replacement parts not included in cost).
  • Derailleur cable replacement (Cables and housing not included in cost).
  • True front and rear wheel.
  • Front and rear hub adjustments.
  • Headset adjustment
  • Complete bike wash and detail.

 

Level 3 Service

  • Brake bleed for hydraulic systems, or brake cable replacement for mechanical systems (cables not included in service cost).
  • If 20% of brake pads are remaining, they will be replaced (brake pads are not included in cost).
  • Drivetrain cleaned, degreased, and lubricated. If the drivetrain is worn out, a new chainring, chain, and cassette will be recommended by technician (replacement parts not included in cost).
  • Front and rear hub overhaul. Clean and add new grease to existing bearings. (If bearings need replaced, parts are not included in the service cost).
  • Headset overhaul. Remove, clean, and add new grease to bearings. (If bearings need replaced, parts are not included in the service cost).
  • Bottom bracket overhaul. Remove, clean, and add new grease to bearings. (If a new bottom bracket is recommended, parts not included in the service cost).

  • After scheduling our service, you will receive a tracking link via email or text confirming your date & time window
  • You can also add any location details or special instructions for the technician (ex. gate code, etc.)
