Description

The Responder Pannier by RECON is a 3 in 1 multifunctional rear pannier bag (2 side bags & 1 backpack). It can be used as a pannier bag, shoulder bag and even a backpack. Made of 1,000 denier polyester with a waterproof pvc layer on both sides. The pannier is very durable, anti-tear, wear resistant and heat resistant. Features a quick release system to go on and off the rear rack. Removable shoulder strap to convert into a shoulder bag and backpack when needed. Up to 75 liter capacity.
